Yoga is good for your body and your mind – 85-year-old Anna Pesce is the proof! Anna had been living with the pain from scoliosis, osteoporosis, and a herniated disc for decades. Anna had lived hunched over for many years. She couldn’t walk up or down the stairs, she had to be carried. But, Anna never lost hope.
She tried acupuncture and went to chiropractors – nothing helped. Then Anna tried yoga. It wasn’t easy at first some of the poses were painful. But over time, Anna got stronger and more limber.
