Technique #1: Place pressure on your Eyebrows
Put your fingers where your eyebrows begin, rest your elbows on a flat surface, and tilt your face forward with resting your head in your hands. When you feel the pressure in your sinuses shift, move your fingers to the middle of the brows. Hold until you feel the pressure move again. Move your fingers to the end of the brows and move them in a circular pattern.
